Abbe's classes are amazing! She is funny, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, super inspirational and very talented. She looks for and listens to input from her students before every class. Her classes are always challenging and never the same from day to day. I love her technical knowledge and the way she explains what is going on in your body in various poses. I love Abbe's yoga class. From the flow, instruction, temperature, music, setting, tone and challenge. Its just everything I have been looking for. I have been jumping from studio to studio for a few years not being able to find the right one. Even at times I would just give up and not go because I just couldn't find what I was looking for until now! Truly, Abbe is an inspiration.
