As a dedicated student and teacher of the flow and a devoted wanderer, Abbé offers to you an empowering yoga and travel experience.
Abbe's retreats are specifically designed to take you deeper into your practice, to peel away the layers of doubt and self-limiting behavior. Her classes and workshops inspire strength, growth and presence, all the while fostering a joyful environment where students can playfully discover their evolutionary edge on and off the mat. During your travels with Abbe you will explore the universal concepts of alignment and effort in the body and mind- the big ideas of how to move better, practice confidently and live consciously.
Expect to flow, move, dance, laugh and most importantly, dive deeply into yourself. Abbe’s life is built around growth, and that is what she will inspire in you.

As a yoga teacher, Mark is passionate about the art of hand balancing. His very first handstand was 8 years ago when he was living as a monk at a Shaolin Kung Fu monastery in China. For the past 5 years, Mark has been passionately teaching handstands to yoga practitioners in his home in Bali, as well as hosting retreats, trainings and workshops around the world.
With a focus on intelligent practice, Mark will help you distill the essential elements that make up a solid handstand and upside-down practice, While making friends with your inner monkey, you'll learn about shoulder anatomy, biomechanics, and what it takes to develop your capacity to balance on two hands- no matter your level of practice, age or backgrounds. From complete beginners to advance practitioners Mark has the unique ability to inspire the seemingly impossible from his students.
"I feel blessed I’ve been able to turn my three biggest passions into an actual job — handstands, traveling, and teaching." -Mark Das
