As a dedicated student and teacher of the flow, Abbé offers to you an empowering yoga and movement experience. Abbe's classes are specifically designed to take you deeper into your practice, to peel away the layers of doubt and self-limiting behavior. Her classes inspire strength, growth and presence, all the while fostering a joyful environment where students can playfully discover their evolutionary edge on and off the mat. The Adventure
ESCALANTE, UTAH

Located in Utah's scenic red rock canyon country overlooking Escalante’s Grand Staircase and Capitol Reef- both home to some of the world’s best and most scenic hiking trails without the mess of crowds. The hiking and outdoor activity opportunities are absolutely endless.
There is so much to see in Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. You won't find a more scenic, rugged and remote place to hike. The Paria River and its tributaries have carved out buttes, mesas and canyons including one of the worlds longest slot canyons, Buckskin Gulch.

BOULDER MOUNTAIN GUEST RANCH
Magic lives here. Nestled one mile from the illuminated Painted Desert of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, and two miles below the abundant aspen and pine tree forested peaks of Boulder Mountain, is the Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch (BMGR). The Ranch is located right off the beautiful scenic Hwy 12 and sits on 173 acres.
A short drive up from the Ranch will lead you to the hidden mountain paradise of Dixie National Forest. A true green emerald, placed in the middle of a red-rock paradise, would be a fair description. The mountain’s close proximity to the stunning sandstone deserts below display the stark contrast of nature’s diversity and can be seen in very few other places on Earth.

Ubers and airport transfers are very safe and affordable! You can meet us at SLC airport at 12:00noon. Van Transfers on the Departure Day: All flights on the final day must be after 5pm. Or we can help make arrangements for you to stay in SLC for the night and you can catch a flight the next day.
  • Remember travel insurance! This is a must-have for everyone attending. If something comes up suddenly and you are unable to attend, or you get injured, sick, theft- traveller's insurance will refund your investment or cover your loss at a nominal fee (usually runs about $50-$75 to insure, offered by most credit cards). We are not liable for any cancellations for any reason, low attendance reschedules, injuries, theft or illness, and events that are outside of our control (as listed in our Terms and Conditions).
  • Pay in installments: this will help make the trip investment feel more affordable! We will help by sending payment nudges via email!
